Bill Dooley has been involved in the production of professional audio for over 30 years. Bill first got vaccinated by a phonograph needle while attending the Berklee College of Music where he was instrumental in the construction of a new studio as well as a responsible for the recording of many live performances and student ensembles. Upon completion of his studies Bill was offered a position at Atlantic Recording Studios in NYC where he worked in the post production department and apprenticed as a disk mastering engineer under the tutelage of the legendary George Piros and Dennis King. After a ten year stint as a session engineer and mixer during which he was named the Chief Recording Engineer at Atlantic Recording Studios, (the legendary Tom Dowd had been the only previous person to hold that title) Bill moved to Los Angeles and was involved with the renovation of A&Mís legendary studios and started mastering almost exclusively again. Bill left A&M to become the Chief Recording Engineer for Record Plant Recording Studios (an opportunity he just couldnít pass up). In 1991 Bill took on the management of Freddy DeMannís Brooklyn Recording Studio in L.A. and supervised construction of his 7th studio and 4th mastering room. Bill joined Paramount in December of 2003 after stints as a studio business consultant and Chief Technical Engineer at The Village Recorder in Los Angeles. Mastering:

The Autumns/The Autumns on Bella Union Records, and he just finished scoring
the documentary
"Searching For Angela Shelton" which has recieived acclaim from
shows such as Oprah,
and news magazine, 20/20 which also did a piece.
Currently mixing a Japanese rock band called "Fumas"for
Sony Music/Japan.
Both the Autumns album and Fumas were/are being mixed at
Paramount Recording in Studio C.
